Who we are
Roadwell is the data controller for the information you provide when using this service at roadwell.co.uk.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), your driver profile, screening answers, glucose and other logs, reminders, action plans, and messages with your coach.
Why, and our lawful basis
We process your health data to help you monitor your fitness to drive. Because this is special-category (health) data, we rely on your explicit consent (UK GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), captured at sign-up and manageable at any time under Consent & privacy.
Your rights
- Access & portability — export everything via Export my data.
- Erasure — delete your account and all data via Delete my account & data.
- Withdraw consent — revoke at any time; this stops further processing.
Security
Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Messages are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based.
